A counterparty dossier you can use in your work
The proposal looks convincing. Before signing or paying, you need a complete picture: who is involved, which information is confirmed and what still needs attention. NAAC France Gateway organises counterparty materials in a private digital workspace. Registration details, representatives' authority, documents and expert findings are linked. Every material result has a source, date and status. A digital company passport is prepared within the agreed scope. You can share selected information with partners while controlling access to confidential materials.
What you receive
- A single profile for the company and its representatives.
- A structured dossier with documents and findings.
- A list of inconsistencies and unresolved issues.
- A digital passport with the date, scope and verification status.
- Reuse of up-to-date materials in future projects.
Who it is for: Companies choosing a supplier, agent, business partner or joint venture participant; African companies needing a passport for European partners.
Digital passport and territories
Passport scope. The company passport links its legal entity identifier, jurisdiction, representatives, structured evidence, dates, status, validity and limitations. A public QR page displays only an authorised summary. Source documents remain in the private account. Changes create new versions. Working across territories. The common company model is supplemented by country and industry sections. Applicable territories, licences and documents are identified for multi-jurisdiction operations. The company passport links to separate transaction passports; its status does not automatically carry over to a new transaction.
