From negotiations to completion
NAAC coordinates legal and advisory tasks at every transaction stage. The work aims to reduce risks from document errors, unreliable counterparties and unilateral changes to terms.
Types of transactions
Real estate and movable property, services, construction, logistics, delivery, asset management transfers and transfers of rights without consideration. Execution mechanisms and contract practice depend on the jurisdiction.
Key stages
Document preparation and analysis; parties' authority and asset rights; negotiation strategy; contracts and schedules of disagreements; venue, timing and banking arrangements; claims handling and post-transaction protection.
Specialist participants
Lawyers, notaries, the bank, storage providers and carriers are involved as required. Support includes arranging gold and valuables storage, asset records, access control, insurance and secure deposits or withdrawals.
One coordinated route
The digital project links participants, countries, stages, documents, decisions and open issues. The transaction passport records the agreed scope and execution history.
