DIGITAL GATEWAY

Your team in Africa

Prepare your people for a new territory.

Organise your team's presence in Africa

Business travel and relocation require coordinated preparation. Documents, meetings, local contractors and communication procedures must be clear to staff and managers. NAAC France Gateway brings organisational tasks into a private workspace. Each participant has a preparation checklist and the company sees overall readiness. You can allocate responsibility, monitor deadlines and share up-to-date instructions. Plan changes are retained in the project history.

What you receive

  • A travel or relocation plan tailored to business needs.
  • Individual preparation checklists.
  • Documents and validity dates.
  • Routes, meetings, contacts and responsible people.
  • Territory information with update dates.
  • Change procedures and overall team readiness.

Who it is for: Companies sending delegations, launching representative offices or organising long-term staff assignments.

Digital passport and territories

Passport scope. The project passport records the team, agreed plan, completed stages, dates and open issues. Personal documents are excluded from its public presentation. Route or team changes create new versions. Working across territories. Each route segment or workplace records the country, timing, participants, contacts and tasks. Access to private information rooms depends on role, country and project. Materials show their update dates.
